Sarn ignored the droids. Of course he'd abandon them. They were property, nothing else. The droids would do as they were programmed and he was their programmed general.
Smiling as he not only saw, but smelled the blood from his adversary, the mad Sith advanced. This time would be different, he swore. Mikal Sarn was brash and arrogant, but Darth Shadeous had learned the virtue of patience and deceit. As such, Sarn led loud yell, followed by a straight front kick toward Caltin's gut while slashing left to right with the reverse gripped blade in his left hand toward Caltin's face. Both strikes were feints, with the real strike being a stab with the ancient style blade toward Caltin's injuried left side.

OOC: Left forearm actually but okay
Caltin was indeed wishing he could use the Force to control the pain he was feeling right now, there was no doubt. That Ysalamiri was there to make sure it didn't happen though, and at least Sarn was desperate enough to sacrifice his own skills. That's the problem with obsession, you lose sense of who you are, all for the goal of your target.
Caltin saw the front kick a mile away, that was no doubt a trick, then came the slash. So the massive Jedi sidestepped the boot, letting it slip between his ribs and his right arm allowing the massive Jedi to pin the leg in his own vice. Tilting his head back at the last second avoiding the slash, Caltin was surprised by the stab coming at him. The best defense? Grab Sarn's leg and use it as a grip to use a Broken Gate throw around him and at one of the droids.
Sure, Caltin couldn't use the Force to assist him in this, but he could use his own strength and momentum.
Still as cowardly as ever I see? Looks like the 3rd time won't be the charm, eh?

Panting heavily, Ala had just finished climbing several flights of stairs in a hurry. She had plenty of juice left in the tank, but was definitely feeling the affects of her injury. With every bit of concentration she focused on the wound on her ankle. The pain eased once again, almost leaving completely. She pulled around a pillar and saw across the other side of the mezzanine like floor that Caltin and Sarn were in a battle to the death. There was a huge open space between them that descended to the first floor, some twelve or thirteen stories down.
Her hand dropped to her side realizing that she was so far away from the fight to help in any real way, and it would take her a few minutes to get there with her injury. When her hand dropped to her side, she bumped into the metallic cylinder on her belt.
"Of course!"
The plan formulated in her head in an instant. She did not stop to think about it much more than to think it was brilliant and perfect for the situation. She looked up calculated the distance, the angle, and about where she figured it would enter the bubble of the Force free zone created by the animal. With as much strength as she had in her arm she threw the ignited saber, and held her hand out to guide it as far as she could.
There came a point where she could no longer feel her grip on the saber in her mind. It was all down to momentum now, and she was sure glad that she had spent so much time studying books, numbers, and the like. She could not help but smile as the blade of the saber cut threw both animal, and droid. In an instant, she could feel the presence of men across the divide.
"Saaaaaarn!"

OOC: Meant, injuried side where it'd be harder to block, can edit, if needed.
Feeling his leg caught, Sarn almost smiled to himself. Caltin had no defense for the stab, other than his already injuried arm. He could already feel the arrogant nerf herders flesh parting, the warm gush of blood, the....room tilting?!?
The vice that was the big Jedi's arm tightened near Sarn's knee as the big man rotated, using Mikal's forward momentum against him. Rather than the obsidian blade finding a resting place in Caltin's lung, it barely scrapped him, flying from Sarn's fingers as the world suddenly reversed orientation.
With a grunt he slammed into a droid, going down in a tangle of limbs and metallic parts. Distantly, he heard his name yelled, as he realized two things. One, Caltin now stood over him, and two, he could now feel the large Jedi through the Force.
Ala??
Somehow she'd managed to kill the ysalmari. With a silent nod to himself he felt pleasure at her initative, she'd make a worthy Sith and maybe....a lover?
All this passed through his mind in a microsecond as he refocused himself on the task at hand, revenge. Grabbing the blathering idiot droid under him with the Force, he threw it at the large Jedi.
"Does not compu...waaaaa!!!"
As the droid flew foreward, the dark man kipped to his feet, lightsaber flying to hand. If it was a Sith they craved, a Sith they would have. A Sith with a battle droid compliment.
Fire, you idiots, fire!

"To become a Jedi takes the deepest commitment, the most serious mind. Adventure, excitement. A Jedi craves not these things."
Profound words from the Whills fallen Jedi Master, however there was something particularly satisfying about seeing the one eyed Sith's plans again falling apart before him. Doubly satisfying was the return of his connection to the Force, this was enabling the massive Jedi to immediately redirect the Force to heal his wound. The blood that was gushing out of his arm was slowing to a trickle to stopped in a manner of seconds.
Caltin didn't have any more time than that though as a droid was flying at him...
"OH NOOOO!"
He didn't redirect the droid, he didn't throw up a Force shield, he didn't reach for his own lightsaber and slash the droid to pieces... he ducked. Dropping to a low horse position and reaching out through the Force pulling his lightsaber to him, Caltin smiled as the droids leveled their weapons on him.
~Ala... it's time you stood on your own feet... you're ready to face Sarn... I'll take care of the droids.~
You still don't get it... do you?

The extra little push from Caltin was all that Ala needed. She had already decided that this was it. This was the time that she would face her foe, and prevail. Caltin's word though set her in motion. Each step grew more and more in confidence. The limp lessened with each step, and she actually began walking faster and faster towards Sarn. It was a long way around the mezzanine to get to the other side, but the time seemed to fly by for the weaponless Jedi Apprentice.
"Calm."
"Quiet."
"Peace."
Concentrating on her breathing, and remaining calm, Ala prepared herself for the inevitable.

As the droids advanced on Caltin, Sarn felt Ala approaching from his right. Pulling a sai to his right hand, he turned to face the young Jedi beauty.
Et tu, Ala?
Closing his one eye, Sarn breathed in deep, both smelling her. It was intoxicating. She smelled like Nalla, and the Force burned brightly in and around her.
Opening his eye, he gave her a wicked smile.
Now is the time Ala. Together we can do anything. Come with me. Stand by my side. The two of us together, in time, could conquer not only the Sith Council, but the entirety of the galaxy. Never again would someone need face the abuses your mother did. At my side, you could right more wrongs than the Jedi even see.
His voice seemed sincere and nearly pleading.

~You have all of the abilities you will ever need... you are prepared... don't let him fool you.~
Reaching out through the Force, Caltin did something unexpected, he threw his own lightsaber to Ala, certainly showing the trust in her that she had in him. He had need for it, yes, but he also had the Force, particularly the Force Shield. Reaching out and centering the flow around him Caltin was able to block a blaster shot or two, he wasn't sure how long this would last though. He needed to keep his advantage.
The advantage he has? He knows where his other, and her sabers fell.
Backtracking towards them, Caltin reached out through the Force, not looking at what he was grabbing, but each 'miss', he flung at the droids. Ala's saber was found first. That would go on his belt, her saber needed to be protected... then finally...
Aaah there you are.
Igniting his own permafrost blade, Caltin charged the closest droids.
"OH NO!"

The more Ala repeated her mantra, the less she heard his words, and the more expressionless her face became. This is what she was trained for. It was not for her to manipulated by the words of a madman. It was for her to be at peace in the Force, and allow it to flow through her. She came to the point that she would later be able to say that what she did next, she did without any guile, or hatred whatsoever. For what Ala Quin did next was so completely and utterly out of character for her, that most would have seen it as a break down in the very fabric of who she was. As soon as Caltin's blade came to her hand, Ala attacked.
She was still someway away from the Sith at this point but that did not stop her. All in one smooth motion, she jumped, propelled by the force, to land exactly where Sarn now stood, but as she went through the air she reached out and pulled him towards her. She landed and struck horizontally at his chest after a short sharp spin on her heels.
